1. Terms and Conditions

  •  The withnatureskincare.co.uk (the "Website") is owned and operated by WithNature Skincare.
  •  All of the goods on this website are offered by WithNature Skincare™ ("we/us"), which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
  •  These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
  • We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any change will take effect from the date posted on the website.

2. Prices and Promotions

  •  Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be missed priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order, or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

3. Ordering

  • You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the "next" button on the check out page.
  • All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
  • After submitting an order to us you will be sent an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
  • For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods, which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
  • Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when goods you have ordered have been despatched to you.

4. Right to Withdraw Goods

  •  We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
  •   We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Website

5.  Payment 

  •  Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards as displayed. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of the goods to you.
  •  You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
  •  We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
  •  Payment made by cheque or postal order will need to be cleared prior to the despatch of goods.

6.     Delivery and Risk

  •  We despatch the items ordered by you, as they are available using the method of delivery specified. The delivery charge is as set out in the post and packaging page.
  • We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address given is incorrect.
  • We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries, which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
  • Once you have received the goods, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.
  •  You will be liable for goods incurring customs charges.

7.     Cancellation & Returns

  • Legal compliance
  • This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

8.    Your rights as a consumer

  • In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, subject to any delivery costs we have incurred. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. 

9.      How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period

  • Please tell us your name and address. If your order was made from this website, please tell us the PayPal transaction ID. If your order was made by post, please say so.

10     Refunds due to cancellation

  • Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full, subject to any delivery costs we have incurred. If your order qualified for free postage then we will refund minus the normal shipping charge (based upon weight) without the free shipping discount once the remaining value of your order is below the qualifying value.  If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.  All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. 

11.     Returns and refunds outside the 7 day cooling off period

  • Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the goods are returned unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.

12.     Returning unwanted goods

  • Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to:

  • We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, transaction number and a copy of your purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility.

13.     Refunds for unwanted goods

  • Providing that we receive unwanted goods in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

14.    Damaged / Faulty Goods on Receipt

15.     Security

  • Cards are processed through Secure Hosting at the time of ordering. Secure Hosting are one of the UK's leading payment service providers, with a firewall specification that is recognised by all the major UK banks. Your credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit encryption to ensure that your transactions with us are private and protected, and cannot be viewed by anyone else as they travel over the internet. Once the information reaches Secure Hosting, it is held encrypted on secure servers. These secure servers are situated on a standalone private network completely isolated from other networks and connections. They have a single resilient connection to the Internet, which is serviced through dual dedicated ICSA compliant firewalls. The servers are further secured through "server lock" protection, with all credit card details encrypted through 3DES encryption.

16.     Privacy Policy

  • Privacy & Disclosure We respect your right to privacy. None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties, except when required as part of the business services we provide for you, or as required under UK law.
  • Data Collection We will only collect details about you when you place an order. These will include your name and address, your email address, and various other details necessary to complete a transaction and fulfil your order. We do not collect any information which may be deemed "sensitive personal data" under the Data Protection Act 1998.

  • Each provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the validity of any one part shall not affect the validity of any other part.

18. Law

  • These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
